What we collect

- To respond to your request and schedule an evaluation
- To prepare estimates and perform contracted work
- To communicate about a job in progress, including with lenders, escrow, or engineers when you have asked us to
- To keep records required for licensing, permitting, insurance, and tax purposes
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as email, form handling, and scheduling tools, and with parties directly involved in your project when you have asked us to. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
Retention
We keep project records for as long as licensing, warranty, and tax requirements call for, then dispose of them securely.
Your choices
