What a 433A actually is.
Form HCD 433A is what gets recorded with the county once a manufactured home sits on a permanent foundation. It's usually what lenders and title companies need before treating the home as real property.
An engineer signs off on the certification. We handle the contractor side — inspection, documentation, and any corrective work needed to get there.
We provide contractor structural evaluations and corrective work. We are not a licensed home inspection service, and we do not issue the engineer's certification ourselves.
